We enjoyed our longer stay at Phoebes, the home was clean and tidy with everything we needed. Great for kids, lots of space outside and a really large kitchen & dining area! Beds a little bit firm only because i’m use to softer mattress but nothing major. Lots of cupboard space in the main rooms, very small bathroom & bit outdated but does the job. The neighbours are characters quite loud at times but nothing too bad, the playground across the road is run down & not nice for kids to play. Otherwise great location & close to everything you need

A great price, but we got what we paid for. Lots of room. Great water pressure. instant continuous hot water. Filtered drinking water in kitchen. low pressure though. Reverse cycle air con in all rooms was great. Great shower. Bath out of action and couldnt be used. beds were very firm. Springs felt through linen. Not good if you have back pain. no spare linen if you need any. Surrounds was not too rough for Mirrabooka reputation. very noisy main road behind the property at night. Hooning cars. Both side neighbours very rowdy, swearing early morning. Yard is not child friendly. dead lawn filled with sharp sticks twigs and prickles. spiny black caterpillars all around patio and inside of house. Got into our food supply. vertical Blinds missing on some windows coverings. privacy concerns.

Had a wonderful stay, was easy to find and was a great location only a short drive to the shops.
