The Cottage in Grafton was well worth the price. The cottage was clean and peaceful. There were plenty of activities around the property and the kids enjoyed each and everyone of them. If you’re ever in Grafton Illinois and you need some place to stay with kids. This is a definite gem. Thanks Brandon hope to be back soon

The Cottage was one of the cleanest, well appointed, cozy places we’ve stayed. There was more than enough to do on the property. We cooked a huge Easter dinner easily in the kitchen and grilled out too. On the nights we didn’t want to cook, Brandon made suggestions for us that didn’t miss the mark. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and my family is looking forward to staying at another one of his properties

Great stay! We loved the wooded view and games/activities. The cottage was a nice find and Brandon was responsive and helpful.

Super adorable cottage! Great instructions and labels. My autistic teen loved both the indoor and outdoor games! Everything was just like the photos and Brandon was a fab host. Our pets were comfy and we even woke up to a little snow. It’s so quiet that although we were only there for just the night we slept so good. We will def stay again when we pass through.
