I had to book a last minute work travel trip and Levi’s house was perfect for me and my team. It was close to my office and dining. The layout was perfect, and the check in and out instructions were very helpful.

Upon checking in I found it to be a nice house that had not been thoroughly cleaned. The floors were dusty. Both decks were nasty and the master bedroom sheets had not been changed. I found crumbs and dirt on the sheets. When I reported this to Levi he refused to give me my money back. I agreed to pay for that one night but he did not. He stated his cleaner had been there that day for five hours. I told him if they had been there for five hours then four hours were spent watching TV. He told me that it was a washing machine in the house and if the sheets were dirty just to wash them. I did not come on vacation to wash sheets so I just went to the store purchased blankets and slept on top of them. The living rm rug is disgusting. Levi was rude and insensitive. I will say my son left a ring there, and he had the cleaner to mail it to him. My son appreciated that, however he was incredible nasty towards me. I understand he may not live close but he should pay more attention to his guest.

Plenty of stuff to cook with! Probably one of the better places I have seen that could be used to entertain guests, (no more than 10 though). Street is very congested too. However, the modern look and aesthetic to the house is very refreshing. Lots of sun comes in during the daytime. Also, something that stood out to me is the quality of the furniture in the living room is significantly heavier duty than most stays I’ve been to. What I mean to say is this is not just equipped with a bunch of Ikea, more akin to modern hotel. Enjoyed it!
