The location is good and it is easy to access the Beeston town centre. The house is very new and clean. The host responds very quickly.

Lapel's house was a great place to stay. A new building, quiet neighbourhood, pristine, located close to the train station and with a nice playground right in front of the house - a nice treat if you're staying with a child. However, there were continuous problems with slow communication and disregard for issues that came up. When I booked the house, I had some questions, and it took days before I got an answer; there was supposed to be a laundry detergent in the kitchen, yet by the time I heard back from Lapel, I already bought it myself. Most annoyingly, the Wi-Fi constantly disconnected, so we had to restart the router multiple times every day - I reported the problem to Lapel, but it never got fixed.
