Great location! And very responsive:)
Kara and Alex's place was great for a weekend visiting my family that lives nearby. I love the area--close to public transportation, beach, etc. Parking is impossible, though. As for the apartment, beds aren't comfortable, but it was furnished and stocked with everything we needed. Very close to the train though, so would be an issue for light sleepers. If mattresses were changed, I'd stay again. Very responsive host.
Not bad for the price. Like others said, finding parking spots was terrible and just about ruined every time I had to leave. The place itself was nice, a bit loud and some random knocks on the door, but clean inside and necessities were provided. Can be a little difficult to find but the instructions given were very clear and included videos which helped a lot.
Clean and comfortable stay in this affordable unit which served my needs well. Enjoyed a good night's sleep in a quiet building. Appreciated the quick responsiveness of the owner and easy check in and out. There are many restaurants to choose from in nearby Evanston, which is fun to explore. And you're close to the lake which is always a joy. A pleasant, happy stay.
Everything was great about my stay, Kara and Alex were very welcoming as well as cooperative & helpful through the entire process before I even checked in. The home was extremely nice & very clean in every bedroom down to the details, and there were extra clean towels too. The tv already was connected to wifi and the rugs & pillows were soft and comfy which was nice. I would definitely book with them again in the future. Thank you for making your place available, it was perfect for some well needed relaxation and meals with family and friends.

Rogers Park is located on the far North Side of Chicago, and there are several transportation options to get there from the airport and downtown:
From O'Hare International Airport:
- Taxi/rideshare: Taxis and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available from O'Hare, but the ride can be expensive due to the distance.
- CTA train: The Blue Line train runs from O'Hare to downtown Chicago, where you can transfer to the Red Line train that will take you to Rogers Park. The total cost is $5, and the trip takes about 90 minutes.
From Midway International Airport:
