Escape, year round, to Loons Landing Cottage. This cozy cottage, with all the amenities of home, is located on Townline Lake - a 427 acre all sports lake. Private dock; great fishing; plenty of space on double lot for parking, including room for your boat/snowmobile trailer, space for yard games, bon fire and more. We are near several golf courses, casino, snowmobile trails, state game/wildlife areas, and more. Boat rental information available, upon request or feel free to bring your own. You must be able to navigate down a set of stairs to get to the entrance of the cottage. The cottage has one bedroom and one full bathroom on the main level and two bedrooms and one full bathroom upstairs. You will have access to two parking spaces on the lake side of the property, with additional parking spaces across the street as well as the back yard for additional space to gather, enjoy a bon fire, or yard games.

Enjoyed a completely relaxing week on the lake with my mom. We were so comfortable and enjoyed the view immensely. The cottage feels like a home and had everything we needed! It was quiet and lovely.
We absolutely loved Loon's Landings. The description was spot on and Stephanie has thought out every detail for those who rent with her. The cottage was spotless and check in was real simple. There is plenty of room inside and out for family activities including down time to read a book, swim in the lake, lounge on the deck or watch some TV. We needed to reach out to Stephanie for some information and she was quick to respond and super helpful. The cottage had all the amenities needed for a peaceful vacation. We look forward to future trips to Loon's Landings.

Nice residential lake community that includes year round homes, seasonal cottages, and short-term rentals that all appreciate the beauty of the lake and a slower paced existence.
This is a residential lake community with slow lake travel and many walkers enjoying the cottage, lake life. We have parking on site with 5 spaces and additional room for boat or snowmobile trailer parking.
