extremely nice condo complex, located in a very nice area of Windermere.
Had a great. Just as described
Great place to stay! Very quiet, nice sidewalk to walk around pond. We had a minor issue with the door lock, but Natara was very prompt in responding to the ring camera and was able to provide a quick resolution. A few things to note, the gate at the main entrance does not close, it remained open for the duration of our stay, however we never felt unsafe, so it wasn’t a huge deal. My only complaint is that there were no tv’s in either bedroom as advertised, so that was a bummer, and the pool is not heated, so we were only able to stick our feet in on the warmest day, otherwise it was too cold to swim in March.
Tahasia is a great host. I had many questions and she was always very quick to respond. Check in went smoothly, apartment was spacious, clean, had all the necessities in kitchen and bathrooms and great location.
Place was as described however there could have been a better stocking of the amenities like soap, shower amenities, dishwashing soap and laundry soap. Not the fault of the owner but management has a rule that you cannot back into a parking spot. We were not made aware of this and my car was towed as a result. Lastly the security gate remained open 24 hours per day though the place was safe enough.
