Viktoriya's place in Old Orchard was absolutely perfect for our group of 16. There were ample beds for people to sleep and the place was spotless when we arrived. The first floor was perfect for everyone to hang out while having the other two floors were great for those of the group who wanted a moment to relax. The walkability to Old Orchard pier and the beach was 10/10. We were able to walk to the beach with all our gear easily. Also, there were plenty of spots to grab coffee, bite, or a nice beverage. If you're looking to visit Portland as well, it's an easy 20-30 minute drive depending on traffic. Overall, Viktoriya's place allowed us to make amazing memories and we would recommend it for anyone looking to visit Old Orchard Beach.

Great option for a group trip! We loved the easy walking distance to the beach and pier, as easy drive up to Portland for dinner out and a paddleboarding tour. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and has everything you need! Viktoriya was incredibly responsive and gave clear and helpful instructions. Highly recommend!!
