Ana’s place was clean and tidy. The only negative was that the walls aren’t very sound proof. There is also some cosmetic things that would be easy to fix for example the patio door lock is broken and the hall closet door is broke, no face clothes. Ana was very prompt in response to my concern about the patio door. The location is great in laval. I would recommend her place to others

The pictures have nothing to do with reality. The apparment is not newly renovated although it is written in the title and shown on the pictures. The pictures are probably 5 years old. Furniture, walls, floors and bathroom are used and and sometimes broken. Ana did not answer my question, if she can provide baby beds, for 3 months. She just answered on the day when a cancellation was not possible anymore. And there the answer was: yes if you pay 50$ extra for 3 days. (The price for a new baby bed is 56$) Appartment was not clean at arrival. When I asked for a proper cleaning, it was announced by mail for the next day at lunchtime. In the morning we got a mail from Ana, why we are not at home because the cleaning lady is already there (4 hours earlier than announced). The garden and balcony’s from the neighbours around are very dirty and full of rubbish. I can provide photos and screenshots of all the mentioned things.
