We did not end up staying here, but wanted to note how proactive and helpful the host was. The pool needed to be serviced and wouldn’t be available during our trip and we were offered a full refund or a discounted stay, which was very much appreciated.

We had multiple sanitary, security and privacy issues during our stay. To summarize: Pros: - Great location, near downtown, heated pool and hot tub on site and spacious living area - The most beautiful view of the mountains, we really wanted to love our stay Cons: - The space did not seemed professionally cleaned before we arrive, there were mess left in many drawers - There were dusts and broken shards of glass by the pool - The pool was cold, it was not 84 degrees as advertised - Host went into the house unannounced, without knocking and we have children running around - The door to the outside of the house to the hot tub does not lock, anyone could have entered the house - The house seems dating, screws were falling, not all lights worked - The shower pressure and heat does not work - We found underwear, socks & used sanitary pad in the night stand not from our group - Stain red marking on a carpet We left the house cleaner than we arrived & the host was no helpful or responded.

We had a wonderful time at this vacation home. A beautiful place and the mountain views were amazing.
