Benzi's place was spot-on compared to the ad. It didn't give off any cheap vibes; the furniture was top-notch, and that big TV was a total win! Hearing he used to live there just made perfect sense. His place is conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk from Sagrada Familia and close to three train stations, making getting around a breeze! There's a plethora of fantastic dining options nearby, ranging from Japanese and Spanish to Italian, Middle Eastern, Filipino, and more. Plus, there's a supermarket just around the corner, in addition to the usual "supermercat" you'd expect. And to top it off, it's also near two parks, which is fantastic! Benzi really takes hosting to the next level! When I ran into some personal logistics issues during my stay, he went above and beyond to assist me. Plus, he was super clear in our communication throughout. By the way, I booked his place for a month, and I'll definitely be booking with him again next time I'm in Barcelona.

The apartment was very nice and clean and had good brand appliances including a 200cm+ smart TV, cordless vacuum cleaner, new washing machine and fridge etc. The location is superb, it is a very safe and peacefull part of Eixample, a few minutes walk from Sagrada Familia and Gracia, very well connected with busses and metro lines 2,4 and 5. Benzi is a great host, very helpful, polite and an overall nice person, very fast to respond to any questions and gave us good recommendations for various services around the apartment. Totally recommended!

Tivemos uma ótima estadia nesse apartamento. Muito bem localizado, com mercados e restaurantes próximos, perto de 3 linhas de metro. Muito confortável. Boa Internet para trabalho remoto. Host Benzi super atencioso.

Great apartment for two. New, clean, intact, expensive and modern, it is clear that they did it for themselves and lived in it, and not immediately cheap and just for renting out. It seems that this is the only apartment with a huge 85-inch TV :) A movie evening is guaranteed with a bang. Specious bath, large and cool shower. the bedroom is cozy, the mattress is really orthopedic, it is very comfortable to sleep (I repeat, they did it clearly for themselves , and not for show for rent). induction cooker, large refrigerator. There is a washing machine. There is a small room, where there is a large closet, there is also a bed, but this room is more like a dressing room than for long-term living for a couple of nights to shelter a friend to sleep cleanly - it will do, but no more. And so, we lived for a month and never once had the thought that something was wrong or that we weren’t happy, we lived with great pleasure.
