An excellent place 50 meters away for outdoor exercise (Plaza De Las Residentas). At 5 minutes walking from main city mall (Shopping Del Sol).

I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs but this is definitely one of the best! Very nice and well equipped apartment in a lovely area of Asuncion. The hosts were super friendly and attentive. The place to stay while visiting or living in Asuncion

El espacio fue muy moderno, agradable con todas las comodidades disponibles y muy cerca de bares, restaurantes, centros comerciales y los markets. Los amenities también estaban bien preparados! La ubicación es bastante accesible y el barrio muy tranquilo. Definitivamente desearía volver! Lastima que no pudimos ampliar la estadía porque ya estaba reservado.
This place was absolutely perfect! The place is great, private, and super clean! The host is very responsive and the guard is really nice. We enjoyed the rooftop and pool as well as the balcony. The TV is ready to go with Prime and Netflix which was so helpful for our toddler. The area feels safe and close to everything. I would definitely stay here again in my future visit to Paraguay. Also, I love that they don’t have a page full of orders for you to do before checking out. And the check in and check out was very flexible, which helps a lot when traveling with a baby! Thank you for a 5 stars experience!

Located blocks from the Shopping del Sol in the Las Lomas neighbourhood. On any map you will see that this is one of the busiest neighbourhoods in Asunción. Within a few blocks in any direction you will find the best restaurants, the best bars and trendiest nightclubs, fast food places and all kinds of services available.
If shopping is essential for you, the Shopping del Sol is only two blocks away and a little further, the Paseo la Galeria. There are also other excellent shops around each street.
The restaurants we recommend are La Vienesa, La Queseria, Oveja Negra Bakery, Alma Cocina con Fuego, Bastardo and Pederzani Caffè Bistro Mercato.
A few metres away you will find a 24/7 supermarket called Biggie.
Nowadays the best way to move around Asuncion is UBER, MUV (Paraguayan Uber) or Bolt, as it has an excellent and economical service, but you can also take cabs and if you want to take a bus you will find nearby bus stops in the area. The apartment has everything close by.
