Huge place just as shown in the pictures. It was a great location close to the restaurants and a lovely beach. I'd stay at the apartment again if we're in the area.

The location is perfect. The grounds are well manicured, and kept up daily. The swimming pools are never busy and are cleaned every morning. Plenty of comfortable lounge furniture at pool as well. The condo was very clean and we found everything as described in the listing! We love the view. We love the idea of being able to walk the golf course and being close to the beach, coffee shops, the Strip and Marriott. Our property manager Tracy was always visible and always available for any questions , help and suggestions. Plenty of parking available at condo. It was a terrific place to spend 6 weeks and be out of the cold and gloomy days of winter.

Jan is an amazing host! He was responsive, knowledgeable, and very friendly. His apartment was exactly as listed and the views are spectacular. Everyone felt right at home from the minute they walked in. It was clean, organized, and exceeded all of our expectations. Without a doubt, we will stay with Jan again. The building’s management team was also great. Always very helpful and friendly. Jan and the management team made our stay in St. Kitts extra special. Highly recommend staying with Jan. I was extremely happy to stay at Jan Eric's place. The apartment was as described. Easy access from the airport, and within 10 mins walking to restaurants, and the Frigate Bay beach. I highly reccomend this place to anyone who would like to be a guest. Look no further, just book it.
