Relax as a couple or family at Orchard Cottage: 2 double bedrooms, a generous living area and open kitchen & sunny conservatory which opens onto a secluded garden. At the gateway of West Wilts Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty this cottage has superb walks and country life access. Only 5 1/2 miles from the wonderful city of Salisbury with the Cathedral and medieval market, 12 miles to Stonehenge. There are many great country pubs serving local produce and countless local markets and activities. The house is well laid out. Inside all the facilities are modern. The kitchen has 2 ovens, ceramic hob, microwave, 2 fridges - all you would need! House is peaceful and quiet with a real country location.

Perfect stay at Duncans place. Check-in was easy and straightforward thanks to the instructions he left me. House was clean, spacious and felt homely. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, pans etc. All the essentials were provided plus much more. Beds were comfy, and house was comfortableto stay in, very quiet and peaceful. Perfect Stay

Booked Duncan’s place as we were working at a wedding in Wimborne and it was perfect, Duncan was super informative and left great instructions to find it. Ideal for our short stay!

As described in photos large modern kitchen and open plan living . The annex is much bigger than expected and in nice quiet location, about 15 mins to Salisbury town centre. Spotless through out . Good selection of board games, local leaflet information and clean towel. Lots of pots, pans and cutlery. Can tell been running as airbnb for a while as everything was thought of to make comfortable . Would stay again. Thanks

Rural. Access is via a track. House has some farm houses and small holdings near by. Open fields and amazing views to the south. Quiet, peaceful with very low light pollution so great star and sky visibility. Church, pub and local store are a short distance away in village of Coombe Bissett.
Full services, theatre, cinema, main supermarkets are in Salisbury which is 12-15 minutes drive. Stonehenge is near as are many great castles and houses, such as Wardour Castle, Old Sarum and Wilton House.
Salisbury race course is 8 minutes away.

出行信息

Car useful although buses run near from Salisbury via Coombe Bissett. Bicycles useful as track and area provides for excellent cycling and riding.
