Great value worth more than the money you pay for! The host is very responsive, instructions for check-in are just perfect and user-friendly and the place is great for a private staying in a central location. Adaer is very flexible, my reservation was last minute and not minding that he made my self-check in experience quick and easy. The place is simply how advertised, no funny business. It's a quiet place to stay, communal area clean and always available for everyone to use. The view from the kitchen at the ground floor is very nice, you can see the hill of Springfield Park right in front of your garden fence meanwhile you have breakfast in the morning.. it's really beautiful! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The listing was just as described. Clean and private room with kitchenette. There's a shared kitchen for cooking meals and plenty of small tables to take tea or coffee around the property. Temperature controlled and the WiFi worked great. I slept well and enjoyed having a desk to get some remote work done. Adaer was prompt and attentive and I had no problems whatsoever. Great space to see the city.
