Nothing but great things to say”-- SF ☆☆ BEDROOMS + BATHROOMS + SKYLIGHTS ☆☆ There’s plenty of space for the whole group in this large unit (approximately 2,500 square feet). There are three (3) full bedrooms, plus two (2) additional sleeper sofas to accommodate additional guests. You’ll never run out of hot water as the space has a tankless hot water heater. Master Suite: The Master Bedroom and Bathroom is very spacious, complete with a king-sized, fully adjustable Tempurpedic bed, a large smart flat-screen TV with Apple TV, with a separate built-in closet reserved for guests. When you lie down, you’ll be treated to incredible views of the Cumberland River and Nissan Stadium from the comfort of your bed. The Master Bath features dual sinks, a separate water closet with a pocket door featuring a heated toilet seat with bidet and a TV conveniently mounted, a stackable washer and dryer with storage for detergent and dryer sheets, and, wait for it, a HUGE Master Shower with bench. The Master Shower has three (4) separate stations: two (2) areas feature shower head and two (2) body sprays, an area of tranquility with a rain shower head, and the bench with a hand-held wand. Ensuite Bedroom: The second bedroom boasts a plush queen-sized Tempurpedic adjustable bed. Lay in bed and enjoy watching the mounted flat-screen TV so you can drift off watching your favorite shows or movies. There is a skylight over the bed so that you get natural sunlight. There is a built-in closet specifically dedicated to our guest’s usage. Just off the bedroom you’ll find a nicely apportioned bathroom with lighted mirror over the sink. The Toto toilet has a bidet and heated seat. The shower has Kohler fixtures, and the pressure is good for a long, hot shower. Guest Bedroom: The third bedroom also contains a queen-sized Tempurpedic adjustable bed. Lay in bed and enjoy watching the mounted flat-screen TV so you can drift off watching your favorite shows or movies. There is a skylight over the bed so that you get natural sunlight. There is a built-in closet specifically dedicated to our guest’s usage. Guest Bathroom: Just off the main hallway is the Guest Bathroom. This bathroom serves the Guest Bedroom as well as functioning as the common bathroom. This is, however, not a half-bath; there is a full shower with Kohler fixtures. Each bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom, each with a luxurious walk-in shower with dual showerheads. The bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and basic toiletries for your convenience. ☆☆ KITCHEN & DEN ☆☆ The large gourmet kitchen has everything you’ll need for whipping up meals and snacks for the entire group. Enjoy modern Thermador stainless-steel appliances, All Clad pots and pans, and all the other cooking essentials you could ever need. A Keurig Duo coffee maker will make it easy to get your caffeine fix every morning. You can dine together at the dining table just down the hall (seating for ten) or pull up a stool to the kitchen island (seating for five). Of course, if you don’t feel like cooking during your vacation, you can head out to one of the nearby restaurants! The spacious living room sits just across from the dining area and features a large seating area that converts to another sleeping area at night to accommodate two (2) extra guests. We had a great time there. It was cozy and had everything we needed! You can’t beat the location, a block away from all the big restaurants and entertainment. We were there for 5 days and never wanted to leave the area. We didn’t even need a car or Ubers. They were super responsive and helpful! I loved the uniqueness and artsy feel of the place! I brought my little sister for her 21st bday and it was one to remember! I found out I am pregnant the first day, so no drinking for me and I still had a blast! That place will always hold a special place in our hearts now and hopefully we will be back!
This is a must stay in place. The house itself and all the details and touches throughout make you feel right at home. The house is so well taken care of and getting off the elevator you immediately know that not a corner was cut in putting this place together. The house wasn’t the only great thing, Rob was beyond accommodating of us and gave us great flexibility. It was apparent he cares about hosting and making the most of your time in his home as opposed to other places/hosts that are only worried about making money. If that wasn’t enough, the location is perfect. A few short steps to any entertainment you want, but still a very private feel when you are relaxing at the house. I can’t say enough about the place and experience. Well above expectations!

My husband and I loved staying at Rob's Nashville Penthouse. The location is absolutely amazing; there is so much to do within walking distance. The area is very safe. Rob was a great host. He was always very responsive so it was easy to communicate with him. The Penthouse was very nice. It was comfortable, clean and was as described.

Our building is located in the heart of Music City, and is home to some of the city's most iconic landmarks and attractions. From our condo, you'll be just steps away from Printer's Alley and the famous Honky Tonks of Lower Broadway,. In addition, the iconic Ryman Auditorium is actually along the walk to Broadway. This area is also home to many restaurants, bars, and shops, so you'll have plenty of options for dining and entertainment. If you're looking to experience all that Nashville has to offer, our downtown Nashville penthouse is the perfect starting point.

By car:
If you're driving to Nashville or if you are renting a car, our penthouse is located in a low-rise building. There is a parking lot next door to building, and there is metered street parking available. Our recommendation is to leave your car parked and use rideshare services if you will be drinking alcohol (Nashville has a very aggressive DUI Enforcement Unit and Tennessee DUI laws are the harshest in the Nation.)
Rideshare:
Uber and Lyft are widely available in Nashville ,and are the most convenient option for getting around. We use rideshare often! The cost is affordable and the availability is great.
By walking:
The condo is located in the heart of downtown Nashville, so you'll be able to easily walk to many popular destinations. Downtown Nashville is a safe, walkable city.
