Had a great stay at Yuns place! Great location right next to the beach and a abundance of restaurants and cafes all within a 1 minute walk! Place was clean and we'll maintained. And a lot bigger then what I expected. Great place for remote work too. Also very close to the center in Chaweng if your heading out for nightlife or dinner. Can't recommend his place enough if your looking for a getaway in Koh Samui. Will be staying here again

We stayed here for 1 month and it had everything we needed! Spacious room, nice pool area, beautiful beach nearby. Recommend!

The host: Great! The room: Large, a bit rustic with a nice balcony and view of the surrounding mountains. Great cleaning staff! The towels weren’t always very fresh. Initially got nice white towels but after that got old, thin red towels. The air conditioner shuts off when you leave the room and then struggles to cool the room down. A lot of dust gathers. I assume from the air conditioner. The hotel: Looks like it was called the New Villa but now being managed by the Canale Resort. The building is located on their property and check in is done with their staff. Great pool, restaurant, massage and drinks available. The neighborhood: At the south end of Chaweng Beach. Quick walk to the beach. Can rent lounge chairs from San Souchi Resort or buy a meal there and get free chairs for the day. Also really good restaurants right outside the entrance! I would stay again!
