The house is located quite far from the big roads in a private community. It is a very quiet and peaceful place, but on the other hand there is almost nothing within walking distance except 7-11. That's why we ordered food delivery, they worked great. The house has everything you need, the only downside was the lack of air conditioning in the second bedroom, which made it useless in this hot season, the fan didn't help. So our child slept in the living room, there is a very large and comfortable couch. All in all it is a very good option for those who like quiet places and prefer to spend time at home

Anurak s place is exactly like in the photos. It is a very secure gated neighborhood with security checkpoint. The neighborhood is very quiet with very minimal traffic. No noise. The 7-11 is very convenient only a 3 minute stroll away. The only knock is that it is very far from everything however we chose this place for the peace and quiet. Anurak is very responsive and helpful. I had to fix my laptop and he replied quickly as to the location of a small set of screwdrivers. The biggest thing he did was to help send a package back to the supplier. We had a package shipped to us but the delivery people did not deliver until after we were at airport and leaving the country. Anurak had his people collect the package and ship it back to the supplier. Thank you Anurak. I appreciate you going above and beyond.

Anurak's house is great ! 1 bedroom with a bathroom, 1 bedroom with a simple bed and 2 bathroom more. There is a 7eleven 3 minutes by feet. Full equiped kitchen and all you need to wash clothes. Anirak was really nice and fast to answer questions.
