This unique bottom duplex gives you the feel of a modern New York City home in a small town atmosphere! With plenty of space for families and get togethers with friends, The Little Apple Modern is the perfect place to stay when visiting, well, The Little Apple! With unique flooring coming from an old gym floor to add a special touch, to the entertainment zone for watching movies or unwind and chat with friends, to the rain shower that washes your stress away. We'd love to have you as our guest! This space is the bottom unit of a duplex. So, as you come to our home, there are two entry points: The 1st being on the front side of the house facing the main street. You will see stairs on the left, going up to a pink door and stairs to the right, going down into, what looks like a small cave. You will enter down to the right! The 2nd entry is down the alleyway where we have one parking space available during your stay (the rest will be on street parking). Again, you will have stairs to the left that go up to the top unit and then stairs to the right going down to this unit. Dining Room Upon entering the front door, the space opens up to the dining room with a sub-level dining area where you'll find a sweet custom dining table that can fit the whole group! Not only that, but the sub-level was thoughtfully designed using an old gym floor from Manhattan's very own High School. This adds that set-apart, unique touch. Bedroom 1 Walking forward about 5 steps, you will come to the first bedroom to your right. You will find a comfy queen-sized bed, with custom cabinets for storage of your personal belongings. This room also house the water heater. Please do not open the door that leads to it.
