please save yourself from a awful experience and do not book this place. the listing says hosted by Julie but it is really through a rental company. The listing says it is a condo but it is a hotel room. Julie will never talk to you on the phone. They make you sign a contract and in that contract they tell you that you can not write them a bad review. I sent that to Airbnb and they informed me that is against Airbnb policies and that it is manipulation and intimidation. When we checked in the place nasty. The location might be ocean front but be very careful it is very unsafe.The hotel and the room smell and are in bad shape. Look on the better busniess bureau and you will see. I had the worst 2 nights in this place. There was hair in the bathtub and in the sink. Crumbs on the kitchen floor dirty rags under our bed along with so much dirt. coffee pot was dirty stove top dirty pans to cook with dirty and had old food in them. Something was all over the wall next to the bed and the floor
