A lovely & fresh holiday home for the whole family with large pool area, heated indoor pool, whirlpool and sauna. Play boule and badminton, playground for younger children. Parking outside the door. Close to several restaurants and grocery store. Several beaches within 5-15 minutes by car. A great padel center 1.2 km from the property (we help you book courts & training). The beds are made and ready when you check in! Beach towels are included! Washing machine - travel light with hand luggage. Welcome to the entrance, take off your jacket. Open between living room and kitchen with direct access to both large sunny terraces. The home has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and plenty of storage. There is a double bed with comfortable mattresses (1.80 * 2 m). You will find another double bed in bedroom 2 (1.60 * 2 m), also with plenty of storage. The third bedroom has two single beds, wardrobes and toys and games for the children. The entire accommodation has central AC / heating which provides a comfortable and even indoor climate. The two bathrooms are both equipped with a shower, here you will also find extra towels. In the closets there are extra sheets, beach towels and tablecloths.

Boendet var väldigt familjevänligt där barnen trivdes perfekt. Både inomhus- och utomhuspool på området gjorde att badandet kunde anpassas efter vädret. Trevliga grannar som visar hänsyn till varandra. Perfekt boende för barnfamiljen! Huset var otroligt fräscht och allt som behövdes fanns tillgängligt. Bra med förvaringsutrymmen, jättesköna sängar och trevliga sällskapsytor. Johanna var en fantastisk värd med alltid snabba svar och tydliga instruktioner.
Dit is een heerlijk huis. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijke bedden, fijne douches, goed uitgeruste keuken en op het resort is een fantastische welness met heerlijke jacuzzi, verwarmd zwembad en sauna. De speeltuin ligt vlakbij de achtertuin en je kunt je kids zien spelen vanaf je bank in de tuin. Er is ook genoeg speelgoed en spelletjes voor alle leeftijden. Johanna is zeer behulpzaam en zeer vriendelijk. Echt een aanrader om hier te boeken.
The apartment was great, although it was difficult to find at first. The kitchen was well equipped, bedrooms and bathrooms were good. Sliding doors opened to the patio, and there was nice to sit. There was playground for small children, but not for older children. Playin ball etc. was forbidden. Heated pool was super. We enjoyed our stay here.
Mycket bra värd och ett mycket fint och bekvämt boende. Kändes mycket hemtrevligt!
superbe appartement , très moderne et super équipé, il y a vraiment tout a proximité, Johanna a été parfaite toujours réactif et a l écoute . le complexe est super , grande piscine très sécurisé , j ai passée un super séjour a refaire je conseille vivement son appartement .

The property is located in a newly built urbanization, a gated community. Lots of greenery, quiet and nice. Special rules (bathing times etc.) apply. Nearest beach within walking distance (1.2km). About 700 meters to shopping center and several restaurants. Zenia Boulevard, the biggest shopping center within the Alicante region with many shops, restaurants and activities is about 2,8 km from the property. A great and active padel center, Orange Padel, with 8 courts and bar is located 1,2 km from the property. At Orange Padel there are a lot of activites such as training, tournaments and competitions.
