Relax with the whole family in this peaceful place to stay. 3 bedroom apartment in a housing complex with trails, lake, swimming pools, full of green areas, beautiful views. With an excellent location very close to the main highway of Costa Rica ("27"), just 10 minutes from Juan Santamaría Airport. The apartment is completely renovated with all the rooms properly equipped and their bathrooms renovated in 2022.

Michael was extremely proactive in responding to any concerns I had. Also, very knowledgeable with the area and his suggestions were spot on. Place was great close to many attractions and airport. We would definitely stay there again.
A nice and big apartment with a great pool and playground that we enjoyed with our child. It is a 25-30 minutes drive to the old center and to the airport so it’s not the most ideal spot but it is close enough and confortable.
El complejo es muy tranquilo, bastante seguro y tranquilo. Sin duda, lo recomiendo si lo que quieres es relajarte del trajín de la ciudad.

The apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms has all the necessary furniture for a pleasant and comfortable stay. The apartment is located in a closed condominium with very beautiful gardens, warm weather, with a swimming pool for adults and another for children. It has two free parking spaces. It is equipped with all kitchen amenities, TV in the main room and in the master bedroom. All bedrooms have efficient quiet fans for a comfortable stay. Washer and dryer included. The plaza with restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy and gym is 2 minutes by car and 10 minutes walking.
The condominium is very safe and you can walk around the entire complex without problems. The pool, soccer fields, basketball court, children's play area, running track are totally free. The two parking lots are exclusively demarcated for the apartment.
