I recently had the pleasure of staying at this mountain retreat, and the experience exceeded all expectations. The breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and slopes are unparalleled, making it one of the best ski resort locations I've encountered. The deck, complete with a hot tub and outdoor fireplace, provided the perfect setting for relaxation after a day on the slopes. The picturesque scenery is truly unmatched, setting a new standard for mountain ski resorts. For those seeking convenience, the ski-in and ski-out accessibility is unbeatable. The unit itself is well-equipped, allowing for the preparation of meals with ease. Having visited numerous top-tier ski resorts, this particular unit stands out as a favorite, and I would eagerly return for future visits.

The house and location couldn’t be beat. The security and property managers made genuine efforts to meet our needs. Unfortunately, the hot tub was cold and the water level was low. The icicles on the deck above the garage and 3/4 full water level were the telltale signs that this tub was in need of repair. We had to troubleshoot with the management team and security team to get the thing up and running only for the heater to die the next day. We only got to use the hot tub 2 days out of 5 and for us that was a major disappointment. Management was proactive and found us a tub to use in a nearby unit and offered us 20% back on our full stay. However, the amount of time we spent coordinating the repairs and the uncertainty of wondering whether or not we would be able to use the tub that night did not make this home worth the stay. I highly recommend you confirm that the hot tub has been replaced before booking this unit as the whole experience put a damper on the trip for our group.

This was our first time staying and skiing at Big Sky - this is an absolutely fantastic place to stay!! We were sad to leave and would come back in a heartbeat and stay longer. The setting of the unit is terrific - we could easily ski in and ski out. There is a wrap-around deck with a panoramic view of the ski area and the mountains. Although the skiing was excellent, we almost hated to leave the beauty and comfort of the house and were always delighted to come back after a day on the slopes. The hot tub on the deck was delightful - and only a few steps from the warmth of the house. The bedrooms were all spacious and lovely, each with its own bathroom. The kitchen was spacious and well-appointed - we enjoyed cooking meals there. The artwork is beautiful. Moonlight Basin, which manages the property, could not have been more helpful or responsive.
