Diana was a decent host. Her place is very nice & clean. The views are spectacular & much better than the photos. However, there were some major issues with some solutions provided I have to mention. At first she didn't believe me that the air conditioning was not working & it took many efforts to convince / prove to her & Airbnb that is was broken and needed fixing. Even after "fixing" it is still brutally hot. Bad Air Conditioning, not comfortable, extremely hot++++. The noise is absolutely insane. The location is literally living above a 4 lane highway and it is EXTREMELY LOUD ALL DAY & ALL NIGHT. Literally, 24/7. Again, this wasn't at first acknowledged until many complaints were made but eventually she did provide me with noise cancelling headphones to wear while I was at the condo so I didn't jump off. If u like sweating 24/7 on a race track with dump trucks, racing motorcycles, banging, smashing and constant extremely loud bed shaking noises than this is your place to be.

The apartment was as advertized.Good location and Diana was very helpful and good with all comunications.We would stay here again next time we visit Bello.

Diana is a responsive host.Communication was always great during my stay.She also very flexible on checkout procedure!We will definitely come back.
