The place allowed us to have a good visit. It’s is out in the county, but we wanted that and knew it going in. The kitchen was well stocked to cook and the home was spacious.

Roseann was a wonderful host and always tried to accommodate when things needed maintenance. The location is not idea for equestrians as there are a lot of schools to get by and 12 traffic lights to pass though making a 12 mile commute 35 minutes to get to southern Blvd between 7 am and 8 am. The inside house itself needs to be updated as does all the beds/ mattresses for someone staying long term. One of the bedrooms definitely needs to be gutted and redone as the orange and green paint is way worse than it looks in the photo. We rented this house for 3 months and although the neighborhood was fine the street was very busy and noisy at certain times of the day. I can’t say enough about how nice Roseann was but the rent is much too high for the state of the interior and quality of the furniture. It would be fine for a short stay where people would like to see the sights.

Beautiful, private home in a quiet neighborhood. Great for getting some work done as well as enjoying the fun backyard! Great spot

Responsive and attentive host, beautiful home with amazing pool, lots of room and amenities! We loved the barbecue tiki hut with sound system! Visited several beaches and lots of shopping available. Would definitely re-book!
