Bernhard's place is a peaceful, comfortable, and above all, visually appealing space to live and work. The house and decorations are intriguingly decorated and arranged, and the yard and koi pond are absolutely lovely. Check in/out was a breeze. A friend was there to greet us and show us around. She even introduced us to the neighbors, who were all very friendly and helpful (one even delivered us some bread!). The neighborhood is peaceful and beautiful. The location is perfect for a car as there is ample free parking. It's a little hike to Ober/Untermenzing S-Bahan stations, as well as restaurants and groceries (10-20 min) but totally do-able. The house is well-prepared for long stays as it has all the important kitchen conveniences and utensils, as well as a clothes washer/dryer. Also, the projector TV was very cool. :-) Highly recommended!
