Overall, our stay was great at the home. There are plenty of beds and rooms for guests. Each room had a bathroom excluding the room with bunk beds. This was a plus for my family. We appreciated the kitchen having cookware, plates, and cups. The main concern we had was cleanliness. The carpets hadn't been vacuumed and had stains. The floor required sweeping. There were old foods and candy under the couches. We had walking toddlers who kept finding junk under the couches. There were dead roaches in the living area. The vents also needed cleaning. The flooring in the living area also needs to be fixed. Another huge concern was broken glass in the front yard. Our dog almost stepped on broken glass and we had to keep the toddlers inside the home to be safe.

Joseph's place was great. We came in with a large group and everyone had a bed to sleep in. Easy to get in and comfortable. Pricing was very reasonable for the stay. Thank you!

Overall stay was ok, but only thing was that the washer wasn’t working, but someone did come out in time to address the issue.

We had technician's staying at Joseph's place. When they weren't working this was a nice place to relax and sleep. Thank you for the accomodations!
