First of all the place isn’t quite safe because there are many foreigners there.The path entry to the room is terrible and old .The room overall is clean but I met a cockroach when I was checked in .the price rm240 is not worth it at all for two night .And the bed was a little bit dusty which is not suggested to person who have flu infections.

Whole unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom with considerably cheap price. If you are non muslim, just go down and lots of eateries with less than 5 mins walking distance. The place is quite noisy, but you just need to close the toilets door and the door at kitchen to blocked all noises. Seriously, you wouldn't notice how noisy it is once you closed the 3 doors. Both bedrooms have air cond. Parking a bit hard, depend on your luck. I was very lucky to get to park right near the stair every time. Well, just 3 time actually. Just few mins drive to town, or you can just walk for 15 mins. It is not like you will be walking on the street with speeding cars, but you will walk along shop houses where you can browse whatever they selling.
