1. This is not a private building, ground floor: hospital, first floor gym. Very old building and rooms full of cigarette smell. 2. For AC, it was charged extra. Why is it not part of Airbnb reservation fees as AC is mentioned as amenity. 300 per day is way too pricey. 3. Kitchen does not have proper cooking utensils. All of them are rusted and old. 4. Does not provide drinking water. No room cleaning provided. 5. Frequent power cuts. No power backup. 6. Host is unresponsive many times. 7. Not accommodative to early check-ins. 8. Got moved to another property for AC room. This property price is way lesser compared to what I paid for the other one. Still the host did not refund the balance but asked to pay extra for AC on top of that. 9. Location is very under developed and has less shops to explore. Overall, the stay was not worth the price. Host should consider reducing the prices for the experience provided.

The pics which is there on AIRBNB, we got a different room. We were expecting AC room but we got non AC which layout was different from the pics shown on airbnb. No cleaning person came to clean the house. Mattress was having lot of strains. Ho early it was very dirty. We saw insects on the mattress. No privacy at all. People were peaking from the window. It’s not private at all. It’s on 3 rd floor having gym and hospital on 2nd and 1 st floor. Too much noise from people and vehicles. If you want privacy then this is not the place. Overall experience was normal, paying 10k was not justified at all. 5k-6k max priced house it should be. We called caretaker but he didn’t receive the call multiple times. During checkout also he didn’t pick. We closed the doors and put the key in the window section and left. Honestly I was scared if anyone access the room and do something, it would have come to me. But I had no choice. Caretaker didn’t respond only. Amenities were very dirty.

Very Neat Aparment with all the Facilities available.Very prime location in the city & Shops & restaurants are very near by.Enjoyed the Stay.Its worth it
