The place was as expected , and described to the T. The only thing was the bathroom, it just had a little leak and the carpet kept getting soaked .

Very nice apartment, conveniently located in catano. Very close to the beach and the Malecon. A short distance from the airport. Free parking in front of the apartment. The only drawback was not enough hot water to shower.

The place is just like the pictures, the 3 parkings was helpful. A little noisy at night, but not his fault. Very close to everything.

Thank you Nestor for being a great host! Most of all, we truly appreciated your flexibility in allowing my husband's early check-in which helped tremendously. They really enjoyed your home & all the amenities offered fit their needs perfectly during their stay. Having their own private parking spot made things convenient, and they enjoyed the back patio seating area with a nice view of the waterfront & Old San Juan. They were also able to hop on the ferry ride into Old San Juan, which was in close proximity to the home. Even though they drove to downtown Cataño for exploring & dining, the restaurants were within walking distance. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Thanks again!

This is my second time staying here, and it probably won't be the last! This is such a hidden gem. I stayed here for over a month with my dog, and it was amazing. There is a beautiful paseo lineal along the water just behind this Airbnb and it is so peaceful! You can hear the waves from the Airbnb. The place itself had more than you could need for a short or long term stay. One of my favorite places, by far!
