Amazing little loft located near downtown Leadville and only 30 mins away from Copper Mountain (even closer I believe to Ski Cooper). The hosts were very friendly and flexible. The loft was clean with soft sheets and towels. The loft had pretty much everything needed for staying there for a weekend. I would 100% stay here again if spending another weekend in Leadville!

“Phil’s Place” was the perfect place for me to get started with my time in Leadville. It’s a carriage house apartment that’s part of a recent house build. The place was super clean and comfortable, and had everything I needed for a multi-week stay. Fully stocked kitchen items, multiple sets of bed sheets, washer/dryer, and more. Centrally located to a variety of outdoor recreational activities, there was always something to do. Casey and Whitney are some of the best Airbnb hosts I’ve ever had. They made us feel welcome and right at home, and always made sure to check on us and provide us with local recommendations and events. 10/10 I would stay here again!

Me and my wife stayed Christmas of 2023 and really enjoyed our stay. Lots to do and very comfortable space with all the amenities!
