Sheree and Steve were amazing hosts. They were so welcoming and made check in super easy - even when we arrived late due to traffic. They provided information on local areas and restaurants and invited us over for a couple of drinks around the fire pit on the second evening. Lovely and welcoming hosts. The property itself is stunning and lovely and quiet. I will definitely visit again.

A peaceful gem, that is closed to rainbow beach and tin can bay. Would definitely recommend to those who are a little tired of the busyness and noise the city brings. Sheree has certainly catered to promote a little relax.

Staying with Sheree and Steve was a breeze. My daughter and I were looking for a long stay to tide us over until our house was ready to move in. Banksia cottage was spotless, cosy and such a peaceful, quiet place for us to rest before our next life phase. Steve and Sheree were friendly and kind, but respectful of our privacy. the little deck was the perfect spot for me to hang out with the birds during my morning coffee, and a lovely calm place for me to work on my next book. All our needs were provided for in the cottage from linen and towels to complementary plunger coffee! Close to Rainbow Beach and Tin Can Bay for outings or a relaxed place to chill out. I highly recommend Banksia for your next long stay.
