A lovely home in a beautiful setting! The location is a bit out of the way, which results in a quiet, calm, and relaxing stay. Exactly what we were looking for. A very short walk to a gorgeous and uncrowded beach. You don't have to drive far to find several other beaches and some lovely hikes. The hosts provided us with a great list of recommendations on places to go and things to do, but honestly, we would have been happy to never leave Cape Meares. We plan to come back soon!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The house is really incredible and Ty and Kelly have gone above and beyond to make the house feel comfortable and homey. Every detail of the home has been considered and we were truly blown away by all of the thought and care that was put into the house. They’ve made everything convenient for you on your stay and it’s just a perfect place to get away with your family or friends. You’re literally a minute walk to the beach and whether it’s a sunny day or a little overcast as the PNW is known for, the setting is beautiful. The beach was nice and quiet and we felt like we had it to ourselves. I can’t rate the location and the house high enough. It was great! We will definitely try and be back.

Such an amazing rental. Very thoughtfully designed interiors with ocean views and really close to an uncrowded beach. It's a great jump off point to explore this area of Oregon's coast or relax and enjoy the home. One callout for parents - the kids room is on the first floor and the primary room is on the 3rd (up a spiral staircase) it wasn't as issue for us but something to consider depending on the age of your kids. Overall, 5 stars, we loved this place.

Lovely place. Beautiful spot. We felt transported by it. Kitchen was great and easy to use. Only problem for us was that there is a spiral staircase that is the only way to get to the main bedroom, and our dog couldn’t climb the steps so we could t use it- the best view in the house. Husband and I had to sleep in the bunk room which was ok and a bit musty, not ideal. Be warned there are stairs- bathroom is on entry floor and everything else you need is up. Beautiful space though and sweet to be there overall. Loved the beach and the town vibe.

We had such a magical stay on the Cape at Ty's place- I cannot recommend it enough. Spent hours beach combing (so many beautiful agates, bones, and shells), lots of hikes, great fresh seafood to cook, and most of all just relaxing on the porch or the living room by the fire. Everything was as described and the place/beach was even more secluded and beautiful than we could have imagined. Our last sunset the beach was empty and three bald eagles were soaring overhead- unreal! Thanks, Ty! We will most certainly be back.
