We had a great time on our abbreviated spring break. Three families with little kids, 3 to 6, that were entertained the whole time. The pool and arcade options were fantastic for them. There was also an elementary school across the street that we used when school wasn’t in session. The house was plenty big enough for the adults to have grown up time while the kids played or slept. Couple of tips for potential visitors. There is a really nice patio with furniture, a big dining table and space heaters under a pergola. Backyard is half astro-turf and good for kids to run around. Most of the arcade is upstairs in a separate space. The downstairs games are loud and can be a little annoying. Cable and numerous streaming apps already loaded into TVs. Plenty of towels and on site laundry. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies, but not large quantities. If you have a big group to cook for, bring a Blackstone or larger pans. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect getaway with friends! Plenty of space for activities and a lot of people. It was exactly what I was looking for!

was a great place to spend time with family..........pool and pool area were both warm and very comfortable..... video games were numerous and fun for all ages.. only complaint would be could use more and better cookware in the kitchen

Awesome place for a cozy weekend in. We loved the pool and arcade. The house is well kept and clean throughout. Would absolutely stay again.
