Pros • Awesome location, about 7 min walk to the Eiffel Tower, we barely use public transports (although we really like to walk) • Easy access to all types of needs (pharmacy, supermarkets, restaurants, bars...) • Very nice apartment to stay on winter since it easily keeps the warm temperature inside • About the noise: during the night it's ok, you can hear a few trucks passing by but as it a calm street during the night we never had struggle sleeping • The photos are not up to date, there is a new glass on the bathtub and you no longer need to sleep on the couch, because there’s a very comfortable bed on the apartment. • It's a comfortable apartment to work remotely and the internet is not super great but did the job for 2 persons working at the same time (it's a bit worse on meeting calls) Cons • Cleaning was terrible: small stains on sheets and towels, pushers on drawers were sticky, most of the crockery needed to be clean before using and the floor was not properly clean, since on the first day our socks became super dirty (it's not perceptible to the eye) • Super hard to communicate with the host, which did not made the check in easy, but as the time was settled, the cleaning guy was very punctual to open us the door • The kitchen supplies are very poor: no toaster, no table towel or any base to put the plates while eating, no cutting base or knife to cut ingredients, no drainer in the sick. We end up buying a few things to use on the kitchen. • Also in the kitchen, the pans are very old and food gets stuck to them all the time • The street is very noisy during the day, so if you're planning on working remotely and don't have a good noise canceling headphones, you can struggle on concentrating. • Tv is not working, which sucks because it's a good size TV to see in the bed

Very clean and spacious studio next to some of the most interesting places to visit and amazing restaurants to try.

Ho soggiornato da sola per due mesi (gennaio e febbraio 2021) e complessivamente sono stata abbastanza bene. L’appartamento avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione, pavimenti e tinteggiatura, è spazioso, ben riscaldato, molto luminoso con acqua calda a volontà. L’edificio è in cemento con serramenti in alluminio, l’ingresso dell’immobile è molto ampio con portineria e stanza adibita al deposito rifiuti ben gestita, l’ascensore ampio e molto comodo per raggiungere il quarto piano. La posizione è buona e ben fornita, ma troppo rumorosa per il traffico di auto, moto, autobus e soprattutto per i furgoni e camion che riforniscono i supermercati all’alba. La dotazione di elettrodomestici è ottima (lavatrice e aspirapolvere di buona marca) solo il frigorifero andrebbe sostituito, quella degli utensili molto precaria (padelle inutilizzabili) tanto che ho dovuto provvedere ad acquistare l’essenziale, la biancheria di ricambio mi è stata rifornita su richiesta. Sempre su richiesta ho ottenuto un paio di interventi di manutenzione, in generale la pulizia è scadente, ho lasciato meglio che ho trovato. Il divano letto che si vede nelle foto è rotto, utilizzabile solo per sedersi a guardare la televisione, per cui è stato aggiunto un letto matrimoniale abbastanza comodo. Il wifi funziona bene, è possibile lavorare online. La stazione della metro più vicina è la Tour Mauburg (linea 8), comodissimo l’autobus n.69 che ferma proprio davanti all’ingresso per raggiungere il centro, al ritorno passa proprio dentro al Louvre. Il prezzo è allineato per la zona, alto per il contesto interno, l’assistenza da parte dell’Host è premurosa, anche se non mi ha concesso la possibilità di prolungare il mio soggiorno, risponde velocemente e gentilmente.

Location is perfect, the studio is clean and safe. Pierre kindly welcomed us personally and easy to contact. I satisfied with the studio for one month staying.
