Nice place to stay for a few days while I was in the area! Not far from Clearwater beach and downtown, so lots to do locally! And it’s in a peaceful neighborhood! The unit smelled fresh and clean! With a big walk in shower that great after a long day at the beach! They even provided beach equipment!
Peaceful and quiet
Overall good stay with no major issues. It looks like that the place locates at a Spanish neighborhood? It is a house divided to two parts for renting separately, different entrance but two parts are attached together. 1. Pros: the place is clean. Instructions are clear. Close to Clearwater beach. It has a small oven, microwave and fridge. Shower place is separated from dry parts of the bathroom by a glass door. 2. Cons: the bed is too soft and is creaky, it makes obvious noises with little movement. The check in time is 4 PM- relative late compared to most of Airbnb I stayed. We had to wander around for a while before the check in time. The house locates at commercial area instead of residential neighborhoods. It is not the safest neighborhood I stayed. I mean I would feel a little bit concerned if my husband was not with me.
Tim’s place was a great budget friendly option to anyone looking to visit Clearwater !

Clearwater Ferry is the best way to get to Clearwater Beach while avoiding the traffic and parking hassles on Clearwater Beach.
4 min drive - Constructed in 1921, the Capitol Theatre is reminiscent of a classic Hollywood theater. One of the oldest operating theaters in Florida, it is known for having some of the best natural acoustics in the southeastern United States.
