The communication with Say was brilliant. She answered all of our questions with a reaction time like I am only used to from dealing with Amazon. Outstanding! Her unit is strategically located and close to the airport, Makati and Malate. The building is new and clean, the staff very helpful and it provides the safety that is needed for a western-based family with kids. The unit is exactly as advertised and in great condition, our kids enjoyed the services provided like YouTube Premium, Netflix and plenty of toys and dino customes. Say and her family go the extra mile for their guests to feel like in a hotel and regularly checked up on us, if we needed anything. We had a wonderful time even though it gets stressful with 3 little kids at times and were in a hurry to check-out to fetch our plane home. We highly recommend staying at Says condo unit, enjoy the quiet atmosphere and still be centrally located. Big plus being child friendly. We will come back again! Thank you.
