We had a very comfortable stay at Cindy’s home. We had our one year old son with us and the home had everything we needed (packnplay, high chair, toys, bath tub). Great location and still very quiet and peaceful. We could walk to a local park and also the grocery store/starbucks was very convenient. Cindy and her husband are top notch hosts and wanted to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I hope to stay here again next time I’m in KC!

My friend and I enjoyed our stay here while we participated in a half marathon nearby. The door code was texted a couple days prior to our stay and getting in at check in time was easy and problem free. There were a couple sticky spots on the wood floors, as well as some hair and other cleanliness issues in one of the bathrooms. It looked like it had been forgotten during the previous cleaning, but we didn’t notice this until it was far too late to reasonably contact the host. Overall it was a very pleasant and convenient stay.

A perfect home in a quaint neighborhood. Easy to get around - can even walk to a grocery store. Well decorated and comfortable. We will go back. Hosts were accurate in their description and left a welcome notebook which is always a bonus.

This house is 10/10. Great attention to detail, beautiful upgrades and a responsive host. Would def recommend booking here.
