Whether you need to work while here or want to stream movies, you'll appreciate the ample workspace and blazing fast 1000 mbps Internet. 1) Private bedroom includes Queen size Bed; High-speed Wifi internet; Closet/Wardrobe and Working desk & chair 2) Shared bathroom includes Shampoo, Body wash, Hand soap, Toilet papers, Hair dryer 3) Shared kitchen includes Refrigerator, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Cooktop and various Cookware, Dining wares and Cooking supplies: Salt, Pepper, Sugar and Cooking oil 4) Coin laundry is provided with small fee ($5 per use) which brings guests more convenience and time saving. This place is amazing! Very quiet, relaxing, nearby convenient transportation and stores. Jack is amazingly responsive and was very quick to answer any questions. I had a little request at the time of my checkout and Jack was very friendly to help out. Highly recommended!

Jack was a great host. I understand my concerns and disappointment is not his doing but the cleanliness was poor due to the other guest. He tried but guest should be held to a level of accountability. Great guy and friendly and approachable!

This property is conveniently located near the intersection of Bloor St W and Markland Dr. Situated near your area are the neighbourhoods of Markland Wood, Applewood, Etobicoke West Mall, and Rathwood, and the city of Mississauga is also close by.
Some good places to grab a bite are Pizza King and Karachi Grill. Venture a little further for a meal at Blue Danube Sausage House. If you love coffee, you're not too far from Starbucks located at 666 Burnhamthorpe Road. Groceries can be found at IC Food World which is a 4-minute walk and you'll find Markland Wood Pharmacy only a 9 minute walk as well. It is a 23-minute walk from great parks like Centennial Park Conservatory, CJ Skateboard Park and City Sniffers.
Transit riders take note, the house is a 3-minute walk to the closest "MiWay" BusStop ("Bloor St At Bridgewood Dr") with (Bus) route 3 "bloor". For drivers, the closest highway is Hwy 427 and is within a few minutes drive from the place, making it easier to get into and out of the city using Dundas St W ramps.
