We enjoyed our stay overall. First, the good bits. The house is situated on a beautiful, deep lot with a gorgeous Mountain View from the front windows and a stunning backyard. The fire pit and hot tub were wonderful. Another standout feature was the kitchen - it’s high-end and lovely and full of small appliances and tools. Rather short on condiments and spices, so we had to purchase just about everything except salt & pepper. The bathrooms are really nice and some of the bedrooms are more luxurious than others, but all were comfy. The linens and towels were of a nice quality. A few drawbacks: the gaming device upstairs was tricky to get working and needed to be reset multiple times, the board games were unusable, the backyard play-set was ancient and rusty, and there’s some deferred maintenance - especially on the deck. Feels like it’s been a rental for a long time. It’s also pretty loud in the house because of the open floor plan. Good place, lots going for it - but needs some TLC.

Our rental was roomy and spacious. At the same time, there were seating areas that comfortably accommodated the whole group. We would certainly consider returning in the future.

My family of 11 stayed at this beautiful place and location to celebrate my sister's 35th birthday and she was pleased and overjoyed. The host was responsive and helpful during our stay. My nephews enjoyed the hot pool on site. The gentlemen enjoyed the pool table. We also loved the den for a movie night. Overall, it did feel like a home to us. Thank you!
