Quite simply, a very good stay for both the location and the actual home itself. Here, you're in the West Covina hills, which provides you with a very clear and wonderful view of the chino hills, as well as acts as a central point to pretty much every LA has to offer. it's very close to the beach very close to LA and very close to places like Brea and Claremont. For context, I stayed for 4 months and there were barely any problems. And should there be a problem, the host, Leon, was very responsive and resolved all of my issues very quickly. Definitely a recommended stay, both for a long time and a short time!

Leon & Owner were very helpful and responsive… And that’s mostly the reason for giving 5 stars for the property… Location is good, nice neighborhood, safe and private, apartment was clean… Only one concern that AC has no control from the room which might be an issue in hot days, however, you can always ask Leon to help on this.. Owner was very helpful and very decent person.. Thanks Leon…
