This place is perfect!!! We came for graduation and there was plenty of room to hangout and the bedrooms are great!! Very comfortable for all of us!!

My family and I are Newberg residents and we were displaced due to a fire. We needed a spot for the 4 of us and our cat. Sam was great to work with and was super flexible and responsive. We were able to check in early and Sam gave us as much time as we needed checking out. The house was nicely cared for and had lots of great activities for us and the kids. There are lots of nice details and you can tell that Sam cares about his guests and the house. The location is by train tracks, but in the week we were there I never heard a train. The location is super close to downtown and my son and I like to walk around there. We stopped at "Game on, Play on", grabbed a Lego set then headed to Social Goods for a pint while he built his Lego. We really enjoyed the house and would definitely go back.

Sam could not have been a more helpful host. The welcome packet was incredibly detailed & had all the info necessary - yet Sam was still super responsive anytime i contacted him. Place was very clean & all the coffee options were much appreciated. Thanks for everything Sam!

Sam's place was the perfect home away from home for our extended family. The kids loved the game room in the garage. The game room kept them occupied for hours and hours, which was especially nice since we visited in December and it was too cold and wet outside for the kids to play outside. The bedrooms and bathrooms had nice linens, and it was wonderful to have a master suite with its own bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, including a fridge with a working ice-maker, a Keurig with pods, and a regular drip coffee maker. The two living rooms were great for the family to spread out and enjoy time together. Super minor thing, but the furniture in one living room was more beautiful than comfortable. It seemed like house staging furniture. The chess board was a fun bonus. We loved playing chess and teaching the young ones how to play. Sam was responsive and helpful. We look forward to staying at Sam's place in the future when we return to Newberg! HIGHLY recommend!
