Once you get inside it, this is a very pleasant, recently refurbished, well equipped, second floor apartment, with an open plan layout. Dual cycle air conditioning is provided and worked well, the shower is excellent, wifi was good, and parking right across the street from the front door was easily available and I never had any trouble getting a space. Communication from Evan and Jennifer was also excellent. The only slight downside for me was that the refurbishment of the rest of the building is not yet complete, meaning that the entry hallway and stairs, and indeed the outside of the building, looked rather scruffy and there appeared to be no-one else living there. There was no work going on, however, so it was very quiet, and once inside the apartment itself was good. If you're looking for an apartment in Mussidan, and can put up with a scruffy outside appearance, this could be the one for you.

Un vrai petit cocon de détente ! Le logement est conforme aux photos. De plus, tout est bien indiqué dans le logement, jusqu'aux petites étiquettes sur les meubles pour éviter de chercher où se trouvent les différents éléments de la cuisine! Je le recommande sans hésitation !!

Evan´s loft was amazing!! So beautifully decorated! We loved it is soon as we got in. We had some technical issues with the door key, but Evan helped us with it. There was more than everything we needed. Thank you Evan & Jennifer! You have done a amazing job to make that area a beautiful loft!! -Päivi and Tuomo
