Boca bay was very kind and responded quite quickly. However, the condo did not have many items required (not boca bays fault)There was no water jug ,bbq utensils, utility cart in the shower to put your toiletries on .You either have to hold them or use the floor. Construction woke me up for weeks at 7 am ( and will continue for the next few years). It took me several days to get access to the gym, I was only provided 2 towels upon check in for a long term stay. The house also flooded one night when it rained .You are also responsible to clean the hallway if its dirty. There was a tremendous amount of dog hair, garbage and broken glass. I had to clean it three times during my stay to accept guests over. I requested boca bay to clean the hallway, however, they said it’s not their responsibility( it’s the condos) . It’s not done often. I did request the items I needed from boca bay and they advised me they would ask the owner ( no follow up) !not recommended for anything over a few days.

Beautiful little apartment. Easy to walk to beaches and recreation. The staff was the most outstanding I’ve experienced through airb&b. Super helpful and responsive. I chose to book more properties through them just because of their professional & consistent business conduct.

Wij hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad! Het fijne appartement heeft hier aan bijgedragen. Na alle uitstapjes, stranddagen & andere leuke dingen was het fijn om terug te komen in het appartement met een huiselijke sfeer (met alle gemakken van dien) en daar tot rust te komen. Het appartement ligt in een mooi complex, met goede strand/snorkel plekken dichtbij. Bocobay Rentals waren fijne hosts, stonden klaar om iets te kunnen betekenen en reageerde snel bij vragen. Wij zullen zeker terugkomen!

Very nice appartment! The location at the gold coast is close to everything and includes a nice pool. Bocobay was also very quick with their responses and we really enjoyed renting from them. Would recommend!
