I’ve been using this platform for over 9 years, and this is the first time i’ve left a below average review, with the reasons as follows: 1) Host didn’t bother communicating until I initiated queries, and when she did respond, it was with 3-4 words max. 2) Listing showed checkin at 3pm, checkout at 11am. Host messaged me that it was 4pm and 10am respectively. When i sent a screenshot of the listing, she stopped communicating altogether. 3) Guest toilet seat had urine stains that was not cleaned. 4) Rusty nails found surrounding the kids pool. 5) Uncovered suction filter hole on the floor of the kids pool. 6) Found 5 cockroaches inside the unit, garden area, and in the pool. This is because of reason number 7 7) The unit is located in a dirty construction site. 8) Insect zapper was not cleaned, had more than 50 dead insects on the table. 9) No essentials were provided (tissue, cutleries, trash bags, bath soaps, plates, cups etc) More reasons but reached character limit. AVOID

Super responsive host who was very easy to communicate with. I had a delay and they worked with me wonderfully. The place was as described and was wonderful for children. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay as did my kids. It is nearby the main strip in obhur so nearby is shopping and restaurants as well as many of the beach clubs. They’re all within five minutes of the chalet. I would recommend it

The pricing is amazing and everything is perfectly as described and shown in the pictures. Everything in the place is fairly new and almost non used. The host was always very responsive and extremely friendly and polite. The only negatives were the fact that, despite being very clean and spotless, all rooms and toilets had a bunch of dead cockroaches in each of them. The pool had about 5-6 dead roaches too. It was very weird as the whole place was honestly spotless and very clean. I just hope the roaches problem gets fixed and if so, i 100% recommend it and will 100% come back for more. I just need the roaches problem to be solved🙏🙏
