I thoroughly enjoyed my month in this apartment. It is very comfortable, spacious and bright. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedroom has loads of storage space. The house plants help to give the apartment a homely feel. The views from this top floor apartment are fantastic, Fenerbahce Stadium and the sea just beyond. The area is lovely and people are very friendly. Selim was the perfect host, very attentive and helpful. I would highly recommend this place.

It was one of the best experiences we've had on Airbnb. The apartment is spacious and cozy, it has everything one may need. There are a lot of kitchen tools, plates and etc. There are a coffee machine, a dish washer, a washing machine and a dryer. The balcony has an outstanding city view, has lot of plants and it is a perfect place to drink coffee in the morning. We were just amazed by how pet friendly the apartment is. Most of the windows have nets, even the balcony has a net so that pets can safely walk outside. There are a cat litter box, bowls and even a scratcher. The place is located in a perfect district which is close to Metro and ferries. There is a mall nearby and a lot of groceries and cafes. Generally, it is pretty quiet outside. But in a walk distance you can reach Moda district which has a lot of tourist attractions and is full of fancy restaurants. Selim and Billur are wonderful and friendly people who will help you with everything you need.

Selim was very helpful through out our stay. He showed us around the place personally right when we arrived and was always helpful and friendly. You should note that you are renting his and his wife's home. It really should have everything you need and was extremely comfortable during our long stay. My favorite part of the place is the beautiful view.

Die Unterkunft hätte perfekter nicht sein können. Wir waren ganze drei Wochen dort und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Wohnung ist hell, modern und sehr schön eingerichtet, die Möbel sind sehr exklusiv. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl und alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Die Lage ist ideal, um mit Metro oder den Fähren im Hafen die Stadt zu erkunden. Selim war sehr kommunikativ und hat uns auch viele Tipps für die Gegend gegeben. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
