This wasn’t our first stay at the property. It’s a beautiful property that, by its very nature, requires a lot of hands-on effort. Kate clearly loves this property and does a fantastic job with it. She also is very friendly, responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

Don’t look any further. This is your place for a serene getaway. Property is riverfront, nice lot size, and home is very spacious. Host is welcoming and friendly. Had so many amenities and recommendations for places to visit. We were lucky enough to go during the winter and caught snowfall.

My husband and I stayed in this lovely home while visiting our daughter. It was clean, spacious, and had a well equipped kitchen to make great dinners. We loved how quiet and peaceful it was and enjoyed listening to the owls at night. The home is beautiful and the river was wonderful too. Kate was a wonderful host and responded quickly to all my inquiries. We will stay again. 5 stars.

Wow! We had a wonderful stay at Kate's beautiful home. The house is gorgeous, the location is unique and private and in a word -- spectacular. Kate was so friendly, responsive and helpful. We can't say enough about the house, the location, and the host. We hope to be back! :)
