The location was perfect. Walking distance to the beach. The rooftop pool was never crowded. The unit was clean and hosts were responsive.

The host was very responsive until we had a maintenance issue. The shower in the hall bath wouldn’t drain and the washing machine also wouldn’t drain. The repair man came the next day for the shower but the host would never respond about the washing machine ETA. Because we flew we packed limited things and could not wash anything. Host was unresponsive on regard to the washing machine. The host description stated their was a sauna. This was not an option even with the spa. Spa fee of $40 was actually just an additional fee as you had no services without extra cost. Very secure location. Beautiful water. Also even though the room sleeps 6 and we have 5 they only allow 4 beach towels. I wish this had been addressed better. Overall a great place. The host disappointed on the maintenance issue. Between the daily parking and the spa fee look at 75 per day in additional fees.

Upon arrival the washer was filled with water and it appeared as though the cleaners had not been there before we checked in. There were some wrappers underneath the kitchen table, as well as a TV remote that was broken. Shortly after checking in we receiveda call that the cleaners tried to come up but could not get past the front desk, as we were already checked in. Overall it was a great place to stay with everything we needed for the week! We loved our stay here, despite a few minor things here and there :) thank you Brian and Michelle for a great place to stay, in a great resort!

Rug had stains and smelled like a dog. Air conditioner had no batteries there for would not turn on u til he told me to take batteries from the remote control and put them in the AC controller. He was very responsive but he didn’t want to compensate me for any of the problems. ButWould never stay there again. Didn’t provide any laundry soap or toiletries. Usually when I stay at ANY air bnb they provide coffee or tea they didn’t provide anything … they don’t tell you about the parking fee or resource be until you pay . Which is $45 a night and parking was $35 a night I wouldn’t stay here EVER again

Apartamento tem uma vista maravilhosa , bem equipado , porém ralos dos banheiros e pia da cozinha entupidos , a internet não funcionou , iniciamos o roteador várias vezes , como o anfitrião comentou , porém não resolveu .A lavagem do carpete se faz necessária . Eu retornaria ao local caso a manutenção fosse executada , o lugar tem uma vista incrível.
