Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Whether it’s for a getaway, visiting, or business you’ll enjoy your stay in prestige cleanliness and comfort. While you’re here make use of the large in-ground pool ($) (currently not heated), lots of parking space, outdoor fire pit, and horse ranches nearby. We are a 9 minute drive from Montreal and 17 minutes from the prestigious shopping Center Carrefour Laval Shopping Center.

Stephen’s place did not match the description and photos. It was completely different. It seemed like the room was staged for photos to attract bookings. We had also booked his place because of the pool, however, when we arrived, the pool was extremely dirty and had not been cleaned out. There was also a camera placed right in front of the bathroom, that was not included in the advertised photos. Also, less than 24hours after we arrived, there was quite a bit of rain and the sewers broke which left a terrible smell in the house. We had to leave due to all this the next day. However , Stephen was very responsive and understanding, and we both contacted Airbnb for refunds.

The home is located in a quiet area. The average age is 30-50’s. We are situated on one of the most sought out streets in Laval for its beauty. For this reason many come here to go biking or for walks. People in the area are very respectful and courteous. Enjoy a friendly atmosphere.

出行信息

Whether you’re here for the golf course nearby, biking, horseback riding or just passing through, you will find highways close by, but not close enough to hear them (2km). We are 9 minutes from Montreal via the A25 toll bridge or 15 minutes via Pie XI off of the autoroute 440. We are situated at the first exit (Boul. Des Mille-Îles) once the highway 25 meets highway 440.
There is a bus stop right on the corner of the house. Can’t be closer than that.
You can also call a taxi or Uber at anytime.
