Le Terre di Marciano sits on a gentle hill, in the marvelous Italian countryside, surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and fruit trees. This beautifully restored farmhouse is ideally situated within easy reach of the mountains & sandy beaches. The characteristic property provides luxury & comfort to its guests, who will enjoy 360° views of the mountains, Adriatic sea, plus many hill-top towns. Idyllic location for a relaxing family holiday. A real taste of the true Italian experience. On the ground floor you will find a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen, with an extendable table that comfortably seats 8 people. There is a fridge freezer, induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee makers, food mixers, as well as a large selection of cooking utensils. The kitchen is connected to a dining room, with large sliding windows with direct access to the garden. The kitchen is an open space with the living room which in turn leads to a hallway where you find the second entrance and bathroom, with shower. An expansive covered patio, accessed from the kitchen and dining room, is the ideal spot to experience al fresco dining, whilst enjoying a local bottle of Montepulciano, and watching the magnificent sunset over the mountains. A very comfortable staircase leads to the sleeping area, consisting of three double bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom, with shower and bidet. All bathrooms have hairdryers. One of the bedrooms also has a wonderful panoramic terrace. The hallway leads to an expansive terrace with breathtaking views. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. There is free WiFi connection. There is also a pellet stove in the kitchen, for our winter guests, in addition to the central heating.

Where do we start? What an incredible house and surroundings! The panoramic view is breathtaking and the house is just stunning. The large kitchen, living space and terraces are perfect for large families or groups of friends. The beautiful large sandy beaches around Pescara are within a 30 min drive and you can also easily head up into the mountains. Vincenzo and Tracey were fabulous hosts and had literally thought of everything - from a delicious blackcurrant tart waiting for us on arrival to a fantastically stocked kitchen (including delicious organic local olive oil) to spare toothbrushes even - the house was one of the best equipped we have ever stayed in. The house provides all mod cons (great WiFi, large smart TV etc) in a beautifully restored building. All in all, an unforgettable stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both the area and the house. Thank you Vincenzo & Tracey!

Super ausgestattetes, sauberes Haus mit grandioser Aussicht. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt. Vincenzo und Tracey waren extrem aufmerksam und hatten für uns Kuchen, Sekt und das Nötigste für’s Frühstück bereitgestellt. Hilfreich fanden wir auch die Tipps zu Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten usw. die uns zur Verfügung gestellt wurden.

Amazing! Private and peaceful. Tons of room. Country outside and modern inside. Comfortable living room and bedroom. Great overall cooking kitchen. Lots of space for our dog to roam off the leash. He had a ball and we had a lot of rest time. Tracey and Vincenzo are warm and welcoming. They made our anniversary special. Meeting them felt like seeing old friends. They are close but not intrusive. They provided everything we needed and wanted! We had an amazing wine tasting and lunch at a Michelin star restaurant. Overall the stay was over 5 stars! I highly recommend.

We checked in at 2:30AM after a delayed flight. We were tired and hungry. When we saw the place it already looked even more incredible than the pictures. When we got inside, the place was absolutely clean and a bag of delicious cookies was waiting for us. There was a written message welcoming us and inviting us to know the place. Vincenzo provided a list of suggested restaurants that was just perfect. Well, to be short we didn't want to check out and now it's already decided that next year we will be back.

You have the best of both worlds. Even though the property is in the countryside, it is only a few minutes away from bars, bread & pastry shops, pizzerias, restaurants and supermarkets.
Whatever the season or weather, there is always something to do and see in this area, making it an ALL YEAR ROUND holiday destination.
This is a wine region, famous for Montepulciano and Trebbiano wines. After a short drive, you will reach an award-winning cantina, where you can sample and buy wine made from the vineyards covering the local hills. In the many local restaurants, you can enjoy freshly prepared, local produce, at fantastic value for money.
Only 15-30 minutes drive away, larger towns are situated, such as Atri, Penne and Citta Sant'Angelo. Many towns and villages host festivals, where you have the opportunity to sample local wine and food specialities, listen to a diverse variety of music and enjoy spectacular firework displays. The area’s artistic and architectural heritage offers a wide section of precious works of art, castles and churches, spread right across the region.
Atri and Penne are surrounded by nature reserves. Within an hour, the first of Abruzzo's National Parks can be reached, where Marsicano brown bears, Apennine wolves and chamois all reside. Ski-ing, cross-country ski-ing, canoeing, cycling and hiking can all be enjoyed here.
In the other direction, the long sandy beaches of Pineto and Pescara can be found. Pescara boasts many fine restaurants and shops, as well as the largest tourist harbour on the Adriatic. Windsurfing, fishing, diving and sailing are easily available. Pescara provides good nightlife, including many music festivals. The warm and friendly atmosphere makes it appealing to people of all ages. Pineto is known for the shady pinewoods which separate the beach from the town. It is a modern and fascinating beach area, ideal for those who love the calm of another era.
